We appreciate your ViriFlow order! Below you will find everything you need to monitor your shipment. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique tracking number and a direct link to follow its journey to your doorstep.
Monitoring Your ViriFlow Shipment
Step 1: Review Your Email Inbox
Following your purchase, you should receive:
- Order Confirmation Message: Dispatched immediately upon purchase completion, containing your order reference number and payment receipt
- Shipment Notification Message: Dispatched once your order leaves our facility, containing your tracking code and carrier details
Be sure to look in both your primary inbox and spam/junk folder for messages from BuyGoods (our authorized fulfillment partner).
Step 2: Monitor Via Our Fulfillment Partner
All ViriFlow orders are managed through BuyGoods. You may track your shipment directly via their platform:

Navigate to www.buygoods.com/contact to check your order progress. Please have your order reference number or the email address used at checkout available for faster service.
Step 3: Monitor Via Shipping Carrier
Once you have obtained your tracking code, you may also follow your package through the carrier’s own website:

- Order Processing: Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days
- U.S. Domestic Delivery: Estimated 5-7 business days

Common Shipment Questions
Q: My tracking number hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
Tracking codes are generally issued within 1-2 business days following your order. Please verify your spam/junk folder as a first step. If 48 hours have passed without receiving your tracking information, contact our customer assistance team or reach out to BuyGoods directly.
Q: My tracking page shows no movement. Is my order still in transit?
Absolutely — it is quite normal for tracking data to require 24-48 hours to refresh after the shipping label has been generated. Should there be no update within 72 hours, please contact our assistance team for further investigation.
Q: Is it possible to modify my delivery address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to amend your delivery address. Please contact us without delay at [email protected].
Q: The carrier marked my package as delivered, but I cannot find it.
We recommend inspecting your immediate delivery area, checking with neighbors, and inquiring at your building’s mail center or front desk. Carriers occasionally log packages as delivered slightly ahead of actual drop-off. If the package remains unlocated after 24 hours, please contact our customer assistance team.
